SUMMARY:TOPTIER Theory Collaborative Work Meeting

DESCRIPTION:TOPTIER theory primarily aims to conduct internationally compe
 titive and leading theoretical research in nuclear physics by employing or
  developing both ab initio or microscopic approaches and phenomenological 
 methods. Given the nature of nuclear theory related to rare isotopes\, it 
 is evident that producing world-class research achievements in theory is\,
  in many cases\, difficult without fair collaboration with experiments. Wh
 ile groundbreaking results in nuclear theory itself—independent of exper
 iments—are also important\, such achievements will ultimately be validat
 ed through collaboration with experimental research\, due to the inherent 
 characteristics of the field.  The core idea of this collaboration meeti
 ng is to work together in person at the meeting venue. For each collabora
 tion topic\, we anticipate groups of approximately 3–5 (or more) partici
