[JC] Search for Axion-like Particles from Nearby Pre-Supernova Stars

Abstract: I will discuss the paper, arXiv:2512.19298. This work uses 22 years of INTEGRAL/SPI data to search for axion-like particles (ALPs) in 18 nearby pre-supernova stars. They provide the new, stringent constraints for ALP-photon and ALP-electron couplings based on the absence of a detectable signal.
