 2. Accommodation Cost\n  - In accordance with Korean regulations\, the ac
 commodation cost is planned to be set at KRW 150\,000 per night.\n \n3. M
 eal Expenses and Meeting Room\n - Meal expenses and the banquet/meeting r
 oom costs will be covered by the Korean TOPTIER Program\n   *Breakfast o
 n August 4 and 5 is to be confirmed later with our regulations.\n \n4. F
 light Booking Schedule\n - Please note that the first week of August is p
 eak travel season in Korea\, and flights and accommodations are expected t
 o book out quickly.\n - Please confirm whether flight bookings for Japane
 se participants can be completed by mid-May. If possible\, we kindly ask 
 that bookings be \n   arranged as early as possible\, preferably by ear
 ly May.\n \n5. Block Reservation\n - The Korean TOPTIER Program has secu
 red a hotel room block reservation in advance.\n - Please provide accommo
 dation requests in two rounds as follows:\n   *First response deadline: 
 End of May\n   *Second response deadline: End of June. Please note that 
 the final number of guests requiring accommodation must be confirmed by th
 e second deadline.\n \n6. Allergy Information\n - A separate survey rega
 rding participants’ allergies will be conducted when we ask for the name
