In this talk I would like to discuss some of the subtleties involved in the matter-antimatter genesis. One of which concerns Nanopolous-Weinberg theorem whose implication we have seen in Soft-Leptogenesis. Another concerns the genesis obtained by spontaneously generated an asymmetry by introducing an effective chemical potential.
