We are pleased to announce the kick-off meeting for the TOPTIER(TOP-Tier platform In Extremely Rare isotope science) project.
Research on rare isotopes is essential for understanding the origins of cosmic elements and the fundamental properties of rare nuclei, with significant applications across various fields. The TOPTIER project, an international rare isotope science collaboration platform of Korea's RAON of IRIS/IBS and Japan's RIBF of RIKEN, supported by Korea MSIT aims to develop new scientific technologies for generating extremely rare isotopes, marking an important milestone in basic science research.
