In this talk, I will discuss the CP violation (CPV) in baryon decays. A long-standing puzzle why the CPV in the baryon system has not yet been definitively established as in the meson one. Recently, the LHCb collaboration reported the first evidence of CPV in baryon decays (2025, Nature), a breakthrough that has garnered significant attention in the field. I will demonstrate the U-spin symmetry as a theoretical framework to analyze CPV effects in baryonic decays, and predict yet unobserved baryon decay channels for future CPV observations.
