Description

The Nuclear Physics School has been held annually since 2001. It is organized by the Division of Nuclear Physics of the Korean Physical Society.
The school is designed for graduate students and early-career scientists.

The Nuclear Physics School will be held from June 22 (Monday)  to June 26 (Friday) at the IBS Science Culture Center, Daejeon, Korea.

This year’s curriculum will cover a diverse range of topics, including:

  • Relativistic heavy-ion collisions
  • Low-energy nuclear experiments
  • AI for nuclear physics
  • QCD instanton vacuum
  • Nuclear transport theory
  • Multiparticle condensates in nuclear matter

Leading experts in these fields have been invited to deliver a series of lectures, including:

       - Kyungyuk Chae (SKKU)
       - Yixin Guo (RIKEN)
       - Kevin Insik Hahn (IBS)
       - CheongSoo Lee (IBS)
       - Sanghoon Lim (Yonsei Univ.)
       - Akira Ono (Tohoku Univ.)
       - Hyeondong Son (Inha Univ.)
       - Xiaodong Tang (IMP, CAS)
