1st Italy–Korea 4F Science is the first edition of a new initiative by AIRSSK (Association of Italian Researchers and Scholars in South Korea), dedicated to science, innovation, and dialogue between the Italian and Korean research communities.

The event will take place on May 21, 2026, starting at 15:30, at the IBS Headquarters (B109) in Daejeon, and will feature institutional opening remarks, followed by two keynote lectures—one from the Korean side and one from the Italian side—delivered by leading researchers. The scientific session will be followed by a complementary buffet dinner and networking opportunity.

Designed for a broad scientific audience, the event aims to foster connections, promote interdisciplinary exchange, and strengthen the visibility of Italian research in Korea within an international context.
