Venue: Maison Glad Hotel, Jeju, Korea

 * located at Jeju, about 6,000 KRW by taxi from Jeju International Airport 

 

1. Meals Provided:

 August 3 (3 meals): Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

 August 4 (3 meals): Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

 August 5 (1 meals): Breakfast

 

 

2. Accommodation Cost

  - In accordance with Korean regulations, the accommodation cost is planned to be set at KRW 150,000 per night.

 

3. Meal Expenses and Meeting Room

 - Meal expenses and the banquet/meeting room costs will be covered by the Korean TOPTIER Program

   *Breakfast on August 4 and 5 is to be confirmed later with our regulations.

 

4. Flight Booking Schedule

 - Please note that the first week of August is peak travel season in Korea, and flights and accommodations are expected to book out quickly.

 - Please confirm whether flight bookings for Japanese participants can be completed by mid-May. If possible, we kindly ask that bookings be 

   arranged as early as possible, preferably by early May.

 

5. Block Reservation

 - The Korean TOPTIER Program has secured a hotel room block reservation in advance.

 - Please provide accommodation requests in two rounds as follows:

   *First response deadline: End of May

   *Second response deadline: End of June. Please note that the final number of guests requiring accommodation must be confirmed by the second deadline.

 

6. Allergy Information

 - A separate survey regarding participants’ allergies will be conducted when we ask for the name list.
