Observations of very-high-energy gamma-rays above 10 TeV provide a new indirect probe of the extragalactic background light (EBL). In this talk, we explore the implications of observed TeV gamma-rays, including LHAASO data, for Beyond-the-Standard-Model (BSM) scenarios such as decays of neutrinos, axions, and sterile neutrinos. By confronting these new physics scenarios with TeV gamma-ray observations, we derive constraints on the electromagnetic dipole moment couplings of the cosmic neutrino background, the axion-photon coupling of axion dark matter, and the sterile neutrino decay rate.
