Registration deadline for online participation is Dec. 10 (the registration period for in-person participation has passed).
The registration would not warrant the admission to participation. There would be a selection process for the in-person participation and the result would be notified in early November, with a further communication for the visa application if necessary. While the food and lodging for the in-person participation will be provided during the school period, the travel support should be sought from each home institute or elsewhere. For people registered for online participation, the zoom link would be sent near the beginning of the school. All the participants are required to respect the code of conduct during the school period.
