In these lectures, I will first give a pedagogical review of the CP violation and its importance in particle physics.
I will then review the theoretical development of the physics of the electric dipole moment (EDM) which is a very sensitive probe of new physics beyond the standard model of particle physics.
Finally, I will briefly present recent topics related to the EDM and the prospects for the discovery of new physics.
This is a series of three lectures starting at 1:30 pm and ending at 2:30 pm.
