Check room availability and make arrangements by contacting the IRIS Guest House.

Once you room is confirmed, please fix your move-in and let us know ASAP.
3. Payment Process:
a. Pay the first month’s rent to secure your reservation.
b. Transfer the payment to the following bank account:

Account Name: Institute for Basic Science
Please use the following format for payment reference: "Name of resident_month" (e.g., Tom_March).
4. Residency Check:
Upon moving in, residents are required to complete a checklist of furniture and amenities provided.
Kindly scan the filled checklist and email it to the provided address.
This ensures that any pre-existing issues are properly recorded.
