If new physics is indeed decoupled from the weak scale, as experiment suggests, then this motivates an EFT approach to phenomenology. We discuss this framework and the development of a universal approach to EFT matching at one loop. Finally we explore a possible way to make decoupled new physics compatible with a natural Higgs sector in models of cosmological relaxation.
