Poster printing and Mounting
Posters MUST be in PORTRAIT orientation, not landscape. The suggested poster format is ANSI A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm), or US Arch E (36” x 48”). [Maximum: 950mm x 1400mm]
The necessary material for poster display (pins, etc.) will be provided by the Conference Organizers.
Schedule
(i) Posting (From Nov 8, 9am ~ Nov 10 12pm)
Poster presenters are recommended to post the presentation materials on the poster board in 3rd foor (IBS Science culture center) from 9am to 1pm, Wednesday.
and it must be removed at the end of the conference ( before 12pm, Friday).
(ii) Poster session (Nov 9, 4:30pm, IBS Science culture center)
The Poster Sessions will take place from 4:30pm to 6pm on Thursday.
(iii) Best Presentation Awards (Nov 9, 6pm, Hotel Onoma)
The Best Presentation Awards will be held at Hotel Onoma during the banquet.
