Description

In this lecture, I will mainly describe the basic of conformal field theories in higher dimensions than two. In the first half of the lecture, examples of conformal field theories and the structure of correlation functions will be explained. I will then describe the concept of the conformal bootstrap. In the second part of the lecture, we will study quantum field theories on de Sitter spacetime background and discuss the cosmological bootstrap.
