Description

In this talk I will discuss aspects of Strongly Interacting Massive Particle (SIMP) models in the context of strongly-interacting composite Dark Matter. I will review the requirements for a UV complete non-Abelian gauge theory with fermions to be a phenomenologically interesting model. A special focus will be on the interplay between phenomenology and lattice field theory. In particular, I will present lattice results on the spectrum and scattering properties of Sp(4) gauge theories with two fundamental Dirac fermions.
