Travel Information
♦ From the Incheon International Airport
Almost all long-distance international flights land at the Incheon international airport. The most convenient way to move from the airport to Jeonju is to take a Limousine bus in front of the airport building.
After arriving at Incheon International Airport, exit through the gate No. 8 and buy a bus ticket at the ticket counter. Then, cross the street and head towards the bus stop 9C where you can take a bus bound for Jeonju (전주 in Korean and 全州 in Chinese). The bus will make several stops before arriving in the final destination, Jeonju. It takes about four hours.
♦ From the Kimpo International Airport
Some short-distance international flights, mainly, from Japan and China land at the Kimpo international airport. From there you can get to Jeonju by taking a Limousine bus in front of the airport building as well.
After going out of the airport building, turn right and keep going to the No. 1 post (~150m) and take an airport limousine bus bound for Jeonju(전주 in Korean and 全州 in Chinese).
There is a bus service every thirty minutes more or less from 6:30 am until 10:30 pm. The fare is approximately KRW 30,000.
♦ From Seoul
Both public express buses and high speed train are available if you want to travel from Seoul to Jeonju. For more detailed information, you are recommended to visit the sites:

Introduction to Jeonju city and Chonbuk Nat'l U
Jeonju, located about 240 ㎞ (144 miles) south from Seoul, is the capital city of Jeonbuk Province. The city is known for its historical and artistic traditions and is the home of the Yi royal family, which founded the Chosun Dynasty and ruled the country for more than 600 years from 1392 to 1910.
♦ Chonbuk National University (CNBU)
The university is located at the corner of Baekjae-Ro and Paldal-Ro, located in the northern part of Jeonju. The University's nearby landmarks are the Jeonju Main Stadium and the Jeonbuk Bank building. After arriving at the bus terminal, take a taxi to Chonbuk National University.
