The TOPTIER (TOP-Tier Platform in Extreme Rare Isotope Science) project seeks to create a platform that promotes international collaboration in the field of rare isotope science. The TOPTIER Focus Program is specifically designed to foster collaborative efforts in nuclear theory related to exotic nuclei.
This brief meeting serves as the kickoff for these endeavors. In the future, we will organize extended meetings to further facilitate and advance the collaborative work initiated during this focus program. During these extended meetings, potential collaborations between theory and experiment will also be actively discussed.
