2. Contact the Responsible Person at RAON Guest House:
Reach out to the designated contact person at RAON Guest House for inquiries and room availability.

Once availability is confirmed, finalize the moving date.
3. Payment Process:
a. Pay the first month’s rent to secure your reservation.
b. Transfer the payment to the following bank account:
- Bank: Woori Bank
- Account Number: 1005-704-471493
- Account Name: Institute for Basic Science c. Please use the following format for payment reference: "Name of resident_month" (e.g., Tom_March).
4. Residency Check:
Upon moving in, residents are required to complete a checklist of provided furniture and amenities. Kindly scan the filled checklist and email it to the provided address.
5.Monthly Rent Payment:
Pay the monthly rent by the 21st of each month. In the event of moving out, a check-out process is mandatory. Additionally, for the last month of residence, ensure payment is made before the moving date.
