Visa Invitation letter Information (For Those Who Require It)

If you require an invitation letter for submission to your institution or have any other visa-related inquiries, kindly contact us at inpc2025admin@ibs.re.kr

The issuance of the invitation letter is subject to the organizers' approval and may involve an identity verification process. Given that this procedure may take some time, we strongly recommend registering and requesting the invitation letter well in advance to ensure ample time for your visa application.

Please note that the invitation letter for visa purposes will only be issued after the registration fee has been paid in full.

Payment Instructions for Registration

Payment can either be made directly during the registration process, or you will receive an email with payment instructions after submitting your registration and the LOC has determined your payment category.

  • For USD payments: PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer

    • Credit card payments are available for non-PayPal members through PayPal.
  • For KRW payments: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Virtual Account via Toss Payments

  • The external link for Toss Payments and the bank account details for transfers will be provided upon selecting the "[Domestic] KRW Card/Bank Transfer or [International] USD Bank Transfer" option on the payment page.

Personal Data Collection and Use Agreement

1. Purpose of Data Collection

  • Managing registration and participation
  • Issuing invoices, receipts, certificates, and invitation letters
  • Sending event updates and notifications
  • Supporting administrative and statistical analysis

2. Information Collected

  • Required: Name, affiliation, position, email, phone number, and country
  • Optional: Dietary preferences, details for invitation letters (e.g., passport information), and additional requests

3. Data Retention Your data will be stored until the end of the conference and for the period required by legal or administrative regulations. After this period, it will be securely deleted or anonymized unless further retention is mandated by law.

4. Invitation Letters Information provided for invitation letters will be used solely for issuing the letters. This information will not be shared with any third parties. Participants are responsible for submitting the invitation letters to relevant authorities as part of their visa application process.

5. Participant Rights Participants can access or update their personal data and withdraw consent at any time, though withdrawal may affect participation.

6. Security Measures We ensure the security of personal data with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
