Meeting on Friday, April 11
Friday’s morning session will be held at IRIS, followed by a site visit in the afternoon from 2:00 PM. Please note that this differs from the meeting venue on April 8, to Thursday, April 10. And IRIS is approximately a 20-minute drive from the IBS Science Culture Center.

📍Tentative Schedule (Including Chartered Bus Service: IBS Science Culture Center ⇄ IRIS)
- 8:00 – 8:20 AM – Pick-up at IBS Science Culture Center (Departure Time: 8:10, 8:20, 8:30 & 9:00, 10:00 AM)
- 8:30 – 8:50 AM – Arrival at IRIS
- Morning Session – Meeting at IRIS Auditorium
- 12:30 – 2:00 PM – Lunch (provided by IRIS)
- 1:00 – 2:00 PM – Early departure option from IRIS to IBS Science Culture Center (for those not participating in the site tour)
- 2:00 – 4:00 PM – Site tour at IRIS
- 4:00 PM – Departure from IRIS to IBS Science Culture Center (after the site visit)

Important Travel Advisory for Friday and Weekend
For those planning to leave Daejeon on Friday and Weekend, please be aware that purchasing transportation tickets (train, bus) to cities such as Seoul, Busan, or the airport should be done in advance, as availability may be limited not only on the same day but also in the days leading up to Friday due to high demand.
- We strongly recommend purchasing tickets early to secure your travel plans.
- It will be possible to buy tickets earlier in the same week
