Registration for the 2026 IBS School on Quantum Computation for QFT

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 IBS School on Quantum Computation for Quantum Field Theory.

This registration form will help us prepare the school program, hands-on tutorials, tutorial computing environment, student accommodation support, and meals.

Please note:

  1. The school is designed as a full-week program combining lectures and hands-on tutorials.

  2. Participants are required to bring their own laptop for the hands-on tutorial sessions.

  3. Detailed tutorial setup instructions will be provided in advance.

  4. Student participants who need accommodation may be supported during the official school period, subject to availability and review by the organizers.

  5. Rooms may be shared, typically by two students of the same gender.

  6. Undergraduate students may be asked to submit a short recommendation or confirmation letter from an academic advisor, faculty member, or course instructor.

  7. Visa-related invitation letters, if needed, may be issued only after final confirmation of participation. Such letters are provided solely to confirm the academic purpose and period of the visit. They do not imply financial support, legal responsibility, or any guarantee of visa issuance. The organizers do not issue guarantee letters for general participants.

  8. Responses may be written in either English or Korean.

  1. 본 스쿨은 강의와 hands-on tutorial session으로 구성된 전 일정 프로그램입니다.

  2. 참가자는 hands-on tutorial session을 위해 개인 노트북을 지참해야 합니다.

  3. 튜토리얼 전산환경 준비 안내는 사전에 별도로 제공될 예정입니다.

  4. 숙박이 필요한 학생 참가자에게는 공식 스쿨 기간 동안 숙박을 지원할 수 있으며, 숙박 지원 여부는 객실 상황 및 조직위원회의 확인 절차를 거쳐 결정됩니다.

  5. 객실은 보통 동성 학생 2인 1실로 배정될 수 있습니다.

  6. 학부생 참가자의 경우, 지도교수, 담당 교수 또는 수업 담당자의 간단한 추천서 또는 확인서를 요청받을 수 있습니다.

  7. 비자 신청을 위한 초청장이 필요한 경우, 최종 참가가 확인된 승인 참가자에 한하여 발급할 수 있습니다. 해당 초청장은 방문의 학술적 목적과 기간을 확인하기 위한 용도이며, 재정 지원, 법적 책임 또는 비자 발급 보장을 의미하지 않습니다. 일반 참가자에 대해서는 신원보증서를 발급하지 않습니다.

  8. 응답은 영어 또는 한국어로 작성하셔도 됩니다.
