The industrial exhibition is formulated to provide industries a valuable opportunity to present their high-end products and to have direct interactions with the community of accelerators and beam utilizations.
Applications for the industrial exhibition booth are due by October 25, 2019.
The allocation of the booths will be made on a "first come - first served" basis.

The exhibition takes place from Wednesday November 13th to Friday November 15th.
- Set-up Schedule : Wednesday November 12th 2019, 14:00 ~ November 13th 08:00
- Booth set-up should be done in Tuesday 12th 14:00 ~ 19:00 - Move-out Schedule : Friday November 15th 2019, 12:00 ~ 14:00
All meals, sessions and social events are included.

The Industry Exhibition fees must be bank transferred to IBS's checking account.

For cancellation after October 31, 2019, 50% of the registration fee will be charged as a a cancellation fee. (All bank service charges must be paid by the sender)
