Cancellation and Refund Policy
-The registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances after the early registration deadline.
- Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail(npn2024@themiceter.com).
- All refunds will be made within 4 weeks for administrative reasons.
- The registration fee is refundable after deduction of the necessary expenses that have already been incurred.
※ [For the participants affiliated with IBS only]
Participants, affiliated with IBS, need to select 'Bank Transfer' as the 'Payment Method' when registering online. After that, there is no need to pay the registration fee through a bank transfer, and the IBS institution will pay the fee on behalf of IBS participants.
