[Oct 30] According to the KDCA(Korean Disease Control and Prevention Agency), the COVID-19 RT-PCR test upon arrival at an international airport from abroad will no longer be mandatory starting from Saturday, Oct 1, 0 AM. It means the travelers can enter without an RT-PCR test at the airport from the 1st of Oct.
What we don't know is the executive order regarding the reservation already made for the PCR test by some travelers.
