Arrival in Korea and Travel to Busan
The nearest airport to the conference venue is Gimhae International Airport in Busan. Participants arriving in Korea at Incheon International Airport or Gimpo Airport near Seoul may travel to Busan by domestic flight or KTX high-speed train.
Detailed information on train ticket reservation is provided at the end of this page.
Since July is a busy travel season in Korea, we strongly recommend that participants arrange their domestic transportation in advance.

This is the nearest airport to the conference venue. Taxi is usually the most convenient option. Travel time is about 40–70 minutes, depending on traffic and accommodation location. |

This is a common route for international participants arriving near Seoul. Please note that there is currently no regular KTX service directly from Incheon International Airport to Busan. |

Gimpo Airport → Seoul Station by subway or airport railroad connection → Busan Station by KTX → PKNU or hotel by taxi or subway |
Participants arriving at Gimpo Airport may also use KTX from Seoul Station to Busan Station. |

Participants arriving at Incheon International Airport or Gimpo Airport near Seoul may travel to Busan by KTX high-speed train. Domestic flights to Gimhae International Airport are also available, especially from Gimpo Airport. Flights from Incheon to Gimhae may be limited; check with the airline directly. |
